These are calculated based on the value of the product/s, which by law we are obligated to declare in full. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the package is not picked up, the receiver will be charged for the return shipping costs plus any import taxes.

Import duty and tax may be applied by local customs authorities. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authorities.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will not accept any customs charges incurred when returning items. In case that we need to pay import duties, we will subtract to the refund.
